Stranger Things actor Jamie Campbell Bower expressed his gratitude for his sobriety in an emotional confession on Twitter.
Jamie Campbell Bower, the standout actor from Stranger Things 4, is openly discussing his recovery experience! The 33-year-old actor celebrated his 7 1/2 years of sobriety on Twitter by admitting that he is really “grateful” for the accomplishment. Jamie also described how difficult the procedure had been for him, emphasising the mental strain he had to face.
“I was actively addicted 12 and a half years ago. hurting not just myself, but also people I loved the most. It ultimately became so severe that I was sent to a mental health facility, “Jamie Campbell Bower tweeted. I am now 7 1/2 years clean and sober, the gifted performer, who has been praised for portraying the terrible antagonist Vecna/One/Henry Creel in Stranger Things with such lethal precision, said with absolute pride. The Twilight actress also provided encouragement to those battling addiction: “In my life, I have done a lot of things wrong. However, a fresh start is available every day. Make amends for your errors and develop.”
“I guarantee that there is a solution for everybody who wakes up thinking, “Oh god, not again.” I’m really thankful to be alive and sober, and I’m happy to be where I am.
