Action-comedy film Bullet Train starring Joey King and Brad Pitt

One Mr. Brad Pitt is going to own August! The Academy Award-winning actor will next be seen in Bullet Train after serving as Leonardo DiCaprio’s dependable stunt double in Quentin Tarantino’s Once Upon a Time in Hollywood. The new action comedy film is based on the well-known Japanese book Maria Beetle by Ktar Isaka and is directed by David Leitch, who, oddly enough, used to be Brad Pitt’s stunt double.

Fans of Bullet Train in India who are impatiently anticipating its debut have some excellent news to share! Bullet Train will now be released in Indian theatres on August 4, one day earlier than the US’ original August 5 release date. For the uninitiated, Bullet Train takes place aboard a bullet train travelling from Tokyo to Kyoto and centres on many assassins who are unaware of one another’s connections to their respective objectives. With a mission to retrieve a briefcase from the bullet train, Brad Pitt’s character Ladybug, an assassin who wishes to give up on his “trained killer” label, is dragged back into the game by his manager Maria Beetle (Sandra Bullock in a cameo appearance!). Chaos happens as predicted!

In addition to Brad Pitt, the eccentric cast of Bullet Train includes Joey King as The Prince, Bad Bunny as The Wolf, Aaron Taylor-Johnson as Tangerine, Brian Tyree Henry as Lemon, and many more.

A day earlier in India, Bullet Train has a thrilling cats-and-mice train pursuit that we can’t wait to witness!
