You’re Going to Want to See the Kitchen If Joe Jonas and Sophie Turner’s Lush, Color-Filled Miami Estate Is Being Sold

In less than a year since moving into their brand-new Miami, Florida mansion, Joe Jonas and wife Sophie Turner have found themselves back on the housing market. After relocating from Los Angeles, where they sold their estate for $15.2 million to Grammy Award-winning musician, DJ Zedd, the celebrity supercouple initially bought the gated Bay Point home for $11 million. Joe and Sophie have now advertised their opulent 1980s waterfront property for a cool $17 million, ready once more for new horizons, and we’ve got all the juicy information on what’s inside.

In addition to rubbing elbows with famous neighbours like Enrique Inglesias and Anna Kournikova, the.37-acre seaside corner property that Jonas-Turner currently owns offers a host of additional eye-opening benefits. The 10,414-square-foot house, which has 6 bedrooms and 8 1/2 bathrooms, is reminiscent of Frank Lloyd Wright’s well-known designs thanks to its many huge windows, natural light, and organic materials.

Other noteworthy elements include stone walls, 30 foot ceilings, and a lush tropical entryway of a lobby with an amazing floating stairway. This is a terrific home for gathering with friends and family because it allows easy movement between indoor and outdoor areas.

The estate did receive a recent revamp, though, when the couple collaborated with interior designer Sarah Ivory. The estate has a staggering $4,770 monthly HOA fee. Water elements that were once the focal point of the coral-walled atrium’s entrance have been replaced by a tropical vertical garden. The addition of the gold coffee table, as well as the jewel-toned textiles and furniture, all placed on top of a lovely plum-colored silk rug and beneath a lavender glass chandelier, all perfectly tie the space together.

What about the house’s best feature? By the beach, that is, the chef’s kitchen might just win. There will be a double-wide snack bar island with a stone waterfall counter for the new residents to enjoy. Both the new owners and visitors will adore the hand-painted de Gournay jungle-themed wallpaper, which flows smoothly into a formal dining area. To top it all off, the home’s lush, tropical beach vibe is wonderfully complemented by a classic Venetian glass chandelier and bamboo seats.

If the outside isn’t enough to make you drool, all of this gorgeous architecture will do the trick. Beyond the tropical plants, there are expanses of lawn, illuminated trees, and an outdoor kitchen with two swimming pools as the backdrop. You may access the waterway that allows easy access to both the bay and Atlantic Ocean by taking a short walk to a 94-foot dock, which is hidden from view by a coral stone wall and long row of palm trees.
We know that Jonas and Turner still own their Manhattan property, which they attempted to sell in 2020 before taking it off the market at $5.4 million, even though the listing agent, Carl Gambino, did not provide any information as to why they are selling.

If there is one thing you can count on, it is that buying and selling a home is a tedious process that takes a lot of time and effort. You don’t trust me? Just ask Dr. Dre and Kylie Jenner, two well-known celebrities who are seeking to sell enormous tracts of real estate in the current market.
