These models often have a large following and can make a great living from their social media presence. Amongst the many models who have become an inspiration for many, and have shown that hard work, dedication and focus can do wonders, is Swedish model Matilda Dahlin.
She recalls how during her senior year of high school she stepped into the world of modelling by participating in a beauty pageant which kick-started a long-lasting career which took her to towering heights of success. Today, she stands amongst the most established models who have done extremely well on global platforms. Moreover, she has worked with names like Bill Jones and Orlando Perez. Her social media popularity is at its peak with more than 265,000 followers on Instagram alone, which has pushed her standing to the next level with offers pouring in for interviews from the media and other big corporations.
She has been a part of the LA Fashion Week too and has worked with several photographers for fashion editorials, advertising campaigns, and photo shoots for clothing companies, which has helped her career shoot skywards. Apart from this, Matilda has also been a part of many fashion magazines like Fashion Faces, Vogue Italia, CIE Fashion, Wedding Ideas, and most recently, L’Officiel India and FHM India, which have shot her fame on a global scale. Talent management agencies like MyElite Model Talent Management and One Source Talent in Beverly Hills have also been associated with her during her career as a model.
When asked about her favourite project till date, she says, “its difficult to choose one, but the Dodge automobile commercial, the music video for the new single “All That Lady” featuring Lil Wayne, Jeremih, The Game, and Fabulous, and the video for Chris Brown’s “Episode” featuring E-40 can be rated as my best till date.”
