At the tender age of thirteen, Luca embraced kickboxing as a means to channel his strength. “Only the strong survive,” he remarks, reflecting on the life lessons ingrained in him during his formative years. His dedication and hard work paid off, and Luca became a formidable fighter, earning a reputation for his skill and determination.
Throughout his upbringing, Luca’s parents instilled in him the values of humility, honesty, and generosity. They taught him to be kind and loving towards his enemies while never allowing others to take advantage of him. “I don’t like someone pushing my buttons because my father taught me to love my enemy with kindness,” Luca explains. He firmly believes in the power of karma, trusting that it will deliver its own form of justice.
In 1998, Luca ventured to the United States to pursue a career in acting. Inspired by his late acting coach, Houri Houssin, whom he studied under in Morocco, Luca followed his dream to become an actor. Houri saw something special in him and encouraged Luca to come to America to further his acting education. Tragically, Houri Houssin committed suicide years ago, but his influence on Luca’s life remains profound.
